Riverwoods at New Hope is an attractive and vibrant private community of 208 single family homes and 21 townhomes; it is located high on a hill within walking distance of the Borough of New Hope, PA. The Riverwoods Community Association is comprised of all of the property owners. The governance of the association is by an elected 5-person Board serving staggered 3-year terms. Each of the single-family unit owners own their home and property; they are responsible entirely for its care and upkeep. The townhome owners are responsible for the care and upkeep of the interior of their units. Of the 31 total acres, there are 18 acres of common property. The primary function of the Board is to manage the annual operating budget, the common property, the exterior of the townhomes, the reserve and replacement funds as well as the removal of trash and snow.

There are very few formal use restrictions on the single-family unit owners; respect for their neighbors is the prevalent guide for most owners when it comes to the care and preservation of the Riverwoods Community’s values.

A copy of the Association Bylaws and Declaration is provided to every purchaser of a unit in the community whenever a purchase transaction takes place. A copy is also available to homeowners through their homeowner portal.
